  define the activities to be performed, the
  management agreements and the reference timing and fees.

 - creating a Team in charge of the start-up and
   organization of the Wellness Area/Centre.   

 - preparing the required resources and the specific 
   products.

 

-  evaluating the location in order to follow its
   development over time, meeting the new needs.
